Absolutely impressed and happy with my repair experience with Silverlake Auto Downtown! I had Silverlake work on my company truck over 6 months ago and was happy with their work until about a week ago, when a similar, related issue cropped up with my exhaust system. I took the truck into Silverlake (very nervous about being without my vehicle for work for an extended time!). The staff was very responsive and friendly and evaluated the issue, ordered the parts required and scheduled me for the very next day for the repair! I brought it in (still worried about bad news and more $$$) and arranged to use another vehicle. I received a call to come pick my truck up early that afternoon. To my pleasant surprise, Silverlake completed the work in a timely manner and completely stood behind their previous work by covering ALL expenses under their warranty! Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend this company for local auto\truck repairs!!!

Silverlake Automotive went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel Truck was repaired properly. While on vacation my truck broke down in Oregon and after $12,000 sill did not run like it should have. Silverlake Automotive tracked down all the warranty information and was able to repair my vehicle with little out of pocket expence.
