Absolutely impressed and happy with my repair experience with Silverlake Auto Downtown! I had Silverlake work on my company truck over 6 months ago and was happy with their work until about a week ago, when a similar, related issue cropped up with my exhaust system. I took the truck into Silverlake (very nervous about being without my vehicle for work for an extended time!). The staff was very responsive and friendly and evaluated the issue, ordered the parts required and scheduled me for the very next day for the repair! I brought it in (still worried about bad news and more $$$) and arranged to use another vehicle. I received a call to come pick my truck up early that afternoon. To my pleasant surprise, Silverlake completed the work in a timely manner and completely stood behind their previous work by covering ALL expenses under their warranty! Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend this company for local auto\truck repairs!!!

Silverlake Automotive went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel Truck was repaired properly. While on vacation my truck broke down in Oregon and after $12,000 sill did not run like it should have. Silverlake Automotive tracked down all the warranty information and was able to repair my vehicle with little out of pocket expence. My van was towed to Post Falls Silverlake Automotive after it overheated on the interstate. The diagnosis of my issue was accomplished promptly, and the work was ordered to repair that issue. Nicci and the entire team have our thanks and gratitude.

Very professional staff. Quality work done in a timely matter. Very reasonable prices. Kept us informed by way of text showing us detailed reports with detailed diagnostics and pictures as to what was needed to be repaired on our vehicle. it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

They estimated our car at $3700 and we went for a 2nd opinion and it was $1700. Very disappointed because they were even recommended by AAA!

I took a tire into be fixed. It was border line fixable but the guys did a great job and saved me from having to buy a new one. They have done other work for me and are always courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone
