I have always had good experiences at Silverlake Auto every time I take my car there. I highly recommend Silverlake Auto.

My van briefly hesitated while accelerating. The staff diagnosed a number of possibilities and discovered that it was just a hose that had come loose in the engine. I had little idea what the problem was, and they could have charged me for a lot of unnecessary repairs. Instead, they fixed the problem for $50. They even did the work quickly on the same day that I called. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, and if I have any car issues in the future they will be the first place I call. Thanks for the great service!

My wife and I were on vacation to celebrate her birthday and were about to make the three hour trip home when we brought it into the shop to fix what we thought was a loose spark plug wire. It was, but we also found out that we were in danger of something else seriously going wrong. We had come in on a busy day but once the staff found out we were trying to go home they fit in a whole days job to fix our car, keep us safe and get us home on time. Incredibly friendly and great service. Would recommend this shop and these people to anyone.

I had the best experience with Silverlake Automotive I've had with any repair shop. I no sooner stepped out of my truck before Steve was asking what he could do to help me. 15 minutes later they had diagnosed my problem & were sending me on my way. While I was waiting I spoke with Fred about another problem who clearly explained what might need to be done. Over all this place scores 10+ in service & friendliness.

The guys here are great! I got some work done on my truck recently and Fred was telling me exactly what needed to be done and mentioned other stuff that could wait instead of just saying everything had to be fixed. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. I've been getting work done here for a few years and they always have a quick turn around with great service.

Fred and the team took care of me and worked with my warranty company on a claim for my u-joint. They were professional and transparent in every way. I took a Ram 3500 in with 4x4/steering issues. They diagnosed quickly and communicated effectively. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.

Went here after our car was making weird sounds. The staff was super friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem. Since it was such a simple fix they even fixed it right away and even did it for free! Office was great too with free wifi, donuts, and beverages. Great place to know about especially since we are from out of town. If we need any more car care we will definitely be back!

We stopped in this shop after seeing the reviews on google and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and helped us immediately identify the problem and even fixed it for free. Other places may have made us wait or charged us a diagnostic fee but since it was an easy fix he took care of it right away. Being from out of town it is good to know that there is such a good garage in CDA! They also had free donuts, coffee, and soda. Even had wifi!
