I picked up my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee today. I had a broken steering box--it broke in two when they were driving it into the service Bay. (had to use a 'dolly' to move it the last few feet. Fred Meyer was very thorough in his description of the problem and the solution. My 21 year old Jeep drives like NEW now. I highly recommend Silver Lake Automotive. Time to plan another ROAD TRIP. I highly value the honesty and integrity that Silverlake Auto operates with. They have never taken advantage of us. I had some transmission line issues; they offered every time I went in for an oil change there to fix it, but I kept pushing it off for budgeting reasons -- they never got offended or pushy about me getting it done, but instead let me know I would be ok to go a little longer without fixing it. Other mechanics I've been to paint this horrific picture about my car exploding on the highway if I don't complete maintenance (x) IMMEDIATELY! Not at Silverlake. They understand and work with you. We will continue to go there for standard maintenance and repairs. I recommend them to all my friends/family. Thanks!

Fred and Stephen came through on a charity I was working on for a down and out disabled vet. Donated labor and a local Napa donated the parts to get his car on the road! It wasn't a simple job either being an Audi! Thank you so much guys.
