I have always had good experiences at Silverlake Auto every time I take my car there. All of the mechanics there are very knowledgable in what they do and get the job done in a timely manner. The guys there are always very friendly too and always seem to answer my questions in a pretty informative way. They're also professional, which is something I haven't found at other shops. I highly recommend Silverlake Auto for all your car repair needs. :)

I took our F250 to Silverlake and a new fuel pump and a day later, my truck was running wonderfully again. The staff is knowledgeable, but most importantly courteous and respectful. I will be taking all our cars there.

Dear mechanics at Silverlake Auto, you have all been so amazing the past 2+ years I've been bringing my poor beat-up Mustang to your shop. So helpful, patient, honest, and informative... Being female, and in my early 20's, it can be scary going to new auto shops- in the past I've felt like I was being taken advantage of. But I've never once felt that way with you guys. We have a mutual trust, that is only established through honesty, experienced and professional mechanics, and spending a little extra time to explain to me what's going on. Thank you! And thank you for never once making me feel like a terrible driver, due to all the new dings, scratches, and dents that seem to appear every time I bring her over... although we both know I am!

Silverlake Automotive has exceptionally friendly service. They were fast and their price is the best I've found in Coeur d' Alene. I know where I'll go the next time I need an oil change.

They do a thorough inspection of the vehicle each time it is in for service and then explain what they have found out in very understandable language. Fred Meyers, the customer service manager, is interested in caring for me the customer and my vehicle needs.
