When my belt started to shred while driving i frantically called Silverlake Auto and they calmly told me to drive to the shop. I made it and they took care of my car right away. They figured out the problem and even showed me so i could visually understand what happened and what they would be replacing. These guys are the best. They are always very nice and make you feel welcome which is a huge plus being a women. I recommend everyone to go to Silverlake you will not be sorry.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of a big name dealership service shop for many years, with little satisfaction. This year we decided to take a chance and try a new shop. With all the horror stories of dishonest mechanics out there we were nervous to try something new but we couldn't be happier. We have found our new shop!! They were prompt, courteous, knowledgable and they fixed it right the first time!! 5 star service for sure!!
