On a previous visit, I had an alternator replaced that after about a month was apparently defective. In the middle of a snowstorm, I "almost" made it back to Silverlake's location when my truck started showing signs of alternator failure. I called Fred, told him I was just around the corner and my truck was dead. He promptly had a technician come over and tow me back to the shop. The next morning, I had a new alternator in my truck and it was covered completely under warranty. I appreciate the help getting my truck into the shop and the professionalism of Fred and all of the staff. I'm a very pleased customer.
