I was stranded on the side of the road with my wheel smoking and had no idea what what was going on and called silver lake auto. Julia answered and was an amazing help and reassured me that I would be taken care of! My truck was done in a day which was faster than I expected!

I walked in with a warm welcome and greeting by Julia. I scheduled an oil change and she informed me about other services that I needed and also did in a timely manner! I appreciate the local and friendly vibe!

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but Silverlake specifically Hanley store. Julia and her team are very knowledgeable and the kindest people you’ll meet! They are accommodating and always put their customers first. Can’t say a bad thing about the store and the employees!

Eric at Silverlake Automotive Post Falls went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me when one of my tires got a flat on Hwy 90. He had me wait in his vehicle, while he checked out the car and then proceeded to change my tire. So happy to have a wonderful automotive garage that has such care and concern for their customers, especially when an unexpected breakdown occurs! Truly a reliable, trustworthy and fabulous service based business! I am forever grateful to Eric and the staff at Silverlake Automotive for their quick work in obtaining a new tire for my vehicle! Have used Silverlake for several years now for all three of my vehicles. They are thorough, skilled and have been very helpful through the years in helping me decide what is the best decision for each vehicle whether that meant a repair or not. John in the shop is excellent and Julia and Fred up front are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’m thankful to have found a shop I can rely on. Try them out!

From big to small they really do do it all! My first time in was to get a second opinion on a quote that was $5,000 and pretty much was told they would need to rebuild the motor (after seeing oil leaking from multiple spots). I looked for a shop that had the best reviews and most honest staff. I could not be happier with my decision! They handled my repair piece by piece while keeping me informed through the whole process. After everything was said and done it was less than half my original quote!! My car is running 100x better and I know if anything happens in the future they’ve got me covered. Not only do they do great work but they remember me and my girlfriend by name and are always genuinely interested in how we’re doing. I would recommend them to any family or friend and will continue to go to them for everything from big to small :)
