WOW! I am not even a customer yet and I already love these guys. Just called about a light on the dashboard console of my 2007 Toyota Highlander and the gent on the phone put my worries to rest. These guys are great and you be sure I'm bringing my cars to them. See you in a thousand miles when ready for the next service.

I brought my car to have the brake fluid flushed & replaced, as part of my usual preventative maintenance plan. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The waiting area was clean, as were the bathrooms. While I was there, a customer brought in a box of bagels to say "thank you" for some work Silverlake Auto had previously done for her...then the staff shared some with me!I listened to the staff interact with other customers and noticed some people were steered away from unnecessary repairs. The techs were knowledgeable and seemingly quite honest.My car was finished in under an hour and I got out for under $60. Job well done and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this business for auto repairs.

Went in for an oil change when they were having a deal for $24.99. Fantastic customer service. Honest and reliable employees who gave me thorough information and details about my vehicle. Trustworthy company. Will not perform any services without consulting you first. Overall great experience.

Our car needed a pretty big repair during a cross-country road trip, so I can't say we were happy to see the guys at Silverlake Automotive. But they made the situation as good as it could be--they discussed all of our options with us, helped us weigh the alternatives in a way that was fair and honest, and when we decided we had to do the repair, they got us back on the road as quickly as they could. Thanks to Fred and everyone at Silverlake for helping us out in a jam.

My van briefly hesitated while accelerating. The staff diagnosed a number of possibilities and discovered that it was just a hose that had come loose in the engine. I had little idea what the problem was, and they could have charged me for a lot of unnecessary repairs. Instead, they fixed the problem for $50. They even did the work quickly on the same day that I called. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, and if I have any car issues in the future they will be the first place I call. Thanks for the great service!

My wife and I were on vacation to celebrate her birthday and were about to make the three hour trip home when we brought it into the shop to fix what we thought was a loose spark plug wire. It was, but we also found out that we were in danger of something else seriously going wrong. We had come in on a busy day but once the staff found out we were trying to go home they fit in a whole days job to fix our car, keep us safe and get us home on time. Incredibly friendly and great service. Would recommend this shop and these people to anyone.
