Eric at Silverlake Automotive Post Falls went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me when one of my tires got a flat on Hwy 90. He had me wait in his vehicle, while he checked out the car and then proceeded to change my tire. So happy to have a wonderful automotive garage that has such care and concern for their customers, especially when an unexpected breakdown occurs! From big to small they really do do it all! My first time in was to get a second opinion on a quote that was $5,000 and pretty much was told they would need to rebuild the motor (after seeing oil leaking from multiple spots). I looked for a shop that had the best reviews and most honest staff. I could not be happier with my decision! They handled my repair piece by piece while keeping me informed through the whole process. After everything was said and done it was less than half my original quote!! My car is running 100x better and I know if anything happens in the future they’ve got me covered. Not only do they do great work but they remember me and my girlfriend by name and are always genuinely interested in how we’re doing. I would recommend them to any family or friend and will continue to go to them for everything from big to small :)

SilverLake of Post Falls is like having a personal care physician but for your vehical. They are honest, helpful and informative. When you come across good mechnics you can trust, you don't go anywhere else, you find yourself sharing with others your positive experience.

Last September I got a wheel alignment done at Silverlake and I wrote a satisfied review. This time my Moon Roof went bad and stuck open. The manufacture discontinued the part and is no longer available. So I stopped by and asked Eric about Salvage yards in the area. Without being prompted, he grabbed the phone and located the part for me. I’d say “Above and Beyond”

I just had my faith in small town customer service today at post falls Silverlake auto. I had a front head light problem. Store manager Eric helped me for 15 mins only to find out there was a blown fuse. I offered to pay Eric said don't worry about it just come back next time. You bet i will Eric as finding a truly honest Auto shop is very important. I'll bet next time i come in he will remember my first name. Thanks again Eric and Silver lake auto for going over and above on a late friday afternoon.

2002 Tahoe with broken exhaust bolt, mechanic did a great job and the price was right.

I took my car in for a 90,000 mile warranty check after I was told by the dealer that it would be over $500. Silverlake Auto was way cheaper and a lot more honest. Very good customer service. I went with my guard up preparing to be told how much my car needs and instead I was told that my car most likely won't need that for a while. Stupid dealer lol.

I hate feeling sold when I visit an auto body shop. Nate at Silver Lake never did that once. He was great to work with and the work so far hasn't had an issue. He even gave me advice outside of the scope of work that directed me to a different store. That type of candid honesty will keep me a returning customer!!! Thanks!
